Air cooled chillers
Air cooled chillers available with a choice of screw and scroll compressor along with high efficiency air cooled condensers desgned for as choice of ambient temperatures from 35 to 55 deg. C. The condenser coils are manufactured using imported CNC machines using inner grooved 3/8" inner grooved copper tubes that provide turbulance to the refrigerant traveling inside the copper tube hence provide highly efficient heat transfer.
For the use in smaller industries, it is better to use coolers and chillers that use air to help create colder conditions. They are a viable and advantageous alternative to traditional cooling systems. These chillers draw in air through the condenser, which cools it as it passes through the water coils. The cool air gets transferred through the room through the ducts directly from the condenser. Many industries prefer to use air based cooling systems as opposed to those cooled by water. The latter needs a lot of equipment within the cooling system as well as the water cooling tower. These additional mechanisms cost a lot.
Technology and Efficiency
The technology used in the creation of air cooled chiller systems, emerges from some simple theories that became successful. The water-based coolers have a tendency to harm themselves with fluctuations in the temperature of the air. With the help of air based systems, the environment stays cool to provide better performance than the others. They can be used to fulfill smaller cooling loads even through long hours of higher temperatures and the humidity. The simple design makes it possible to offer maintenance whenever required even without any trained staff. With its smaller size, the chiller can be quite useful to curb capital costs easily.
